packs go by australia post with tracking. we email you the tracking number when yours is posted. australia post delivery times vary by location; most metro deliveries take a few business days, regional and remote areas can take longer.

orders after the pre-order window

once print stock is on hand for that run, we aim to post within 5 business days of your order.

if a date comes up before your pack arrives

we post that card on its own straight away, at no extra cost. your pack then covers the next 12 months of dates from the day it's posted.

gift orders

if you've bought righto as a gift, you choose the delivery address at checkout: yours or theirs. you can print the gift note to hand over on the day.

lost or damaged packs

if your pack hasn't arrived 10 business days after it was posted, or arrives damaged, email rightocards@proton.me with your order number and we'll sort it out with a replacement.

wrong address

email us before your pack is posted and we'll fix it. once it's posted, we can't redirect it, but we'll help you chase it with australia post.
